Mandatory OT does exist. Amazon definitely have Mandatory overtime 😂😂😂 during peak seasons or prime week. We HAVE to work the extra shift which is 10-11 hours and they also add a mandatory extra hour too. So 40 hour week becomes 60

@@misterblack4737 it’s hard, especially during the holidays. I had a mental breakdown towards the end of last year holiday season, working mandatory OT for almost three months. You have no life, just rush home to eat and go to sleep. We at least still have two days off though instead of our regular three.
