Fair do's to Dylan, he owned up to his share of Liam went through at school. I highly doubt Mason would do the same though, he'll just sit back and watch the show unfold. Bear in mind Dylan was bullied by Mason, just as Liam was. Therefore I believe Dylan has every right to turn on him, especially given that Mason harbours no guilt whatsoever for his actions.

If his solicitor, approaches CPS and tells them they have info on a unsolved crime(Masons hit and run) and he agreed to testify on that and the full extent of Masons bullying and crimes I would think they could make a deal get immunity and get knife possession dropped or diversion program / community sentence where charges are later dropped. I am in the USA but I do like to read about U.K. legal stuff and love U.K. movies/shows.
