Edit: I had a training program with my job. And we studied with custom videos my trainer made and took tests, etc. Counting numbers were the trickiest for me. (When they reach past 10, they get very strange. lol)

Aunt’s husband went on a trip to Disney, and at the Winnie the Pooh breakfast, began to cry a little bit, cause it reminded him of his nephew. I think Disney should train all their employees on how to communicate to their employees if they can't speak or hear. It would make it a lot easier and will make the family and the person really happy.

Well how about we start with nurses and care givers in hospice. I appreciate this video but have different outlooks on where we should start with training people to speak to deaf people. My mom and dad were deaf mutes. And my mom passed in a nursing home where one person knew broken sign but it was something. I wish she had more people that could have understood her and her needs! I live out of state and couldn’t be there as much as I wanted .
