just picked up 2 of these bad boys on FB marketplace for $80. They look brand new! The guy said he burned it once last winter and his wife complained about the smell. She'd been sleeping in the garage if that was my wife.....lol

I've got almost the same model Dyna-Glo, Couple tips for you though; your guards are on backwards (there's an opening on the opposite side to allowing you to open the lighting door) and once lit you should close that door so the flame will draft properly. Nice quiet heat for the garage compared to torpedo heater. I guess I should be happy my gas station is only getting $7 per gallon.😀

Good eyes on catching the opening in the cage. Yeah the fuel is not cheap, but sure makes a world of difference on some of these cold nights!

7.50 a gallon? 15 here in Texas a year later. But, that’s for gallon jugs of 1-k. We are not lucky enough to be able to get kerosene at the fuel pumps… in my 49 years I’ve never seen kerosene at the pump. Must be a Northern thing.

If you get kero from a gas station or heating oil supplier it's somewhere around 3 bucks a gallon around my house. I'd imagine it's close to the same for you.

You should use k1 kerosene for those thats what it’s designed for its better for it
