Suggestion: During my build I use only ONE of the springs in EACH of the horizontal stabilizer control wires (4) - makes a much neater installation and looks great. No slop in the control wires.

it appears that you have the flying wire from back top cabane strut going to the BACK of the wing strut- I did the same thing but BOTH wires from cabane strut need to go to the front of the wing strut- now I need to sort lengths and try to get it right as per drawing I found this tip on other build videos and found that all images of full size plane indeed have both wires to the front of wing strut- thx for your video!

Just got mine. Seems to be some issues already. What size pilot did you use ? And did you center the prop shaft? Watching this to see what all I have to look forward to 😀

Thanks for watching. I used a Dynam pilot from another model. I believe they are about 1/6 scale. I didn't have to shave material from the faux engine. The offset from the factory worked well.

@@AZJim12 just wondering,another channel says it needs to be shimmed 🤷🏼♂️ Every weight came out of the radial and the radial is pulled away from the cowling. Quality control is a little sketchy. Stay safe

Why did you glue the spar into the lower wing???
@AZJim1211 ай бұрын
The instructions are nothing more than an exploded diagram. They do show little glue bottles near the wing assembly. It's been a long time since I built this but I believe that was the reason. I also don't need to disassemble the model to transport it.

Absolute typical Dynam rubbish, bought Dynam PT 17 last week, parts missing, incorrect parts supplied, badly fitting parts. Be prepared to use your own stock of screws, bolts, nuts, wing spar, the list goes on and on!. Been building model aircraft for 25 years , so not a novice!.

I had assumed Dynam had improved, however this is not the case, different day, same rubbish!.
