Dynamic Booster Creation

The previous system used command blocks, now boosters
can be created dynamically, improving map creation alot.

Added a method to dynamically create boosters. (The previous system had tons of hidden command blocks.) All code is server-side, so a vanilla client can join and interact the exact same way. This also makes my task of porting cavern 1000000 times easier, as I can actually use the real values 4j used in the original game. This is all still several months out, don't expect a release anytime soon.

Most of my work right now is server-side. But it wouldn't be too hard to modify my fork of LCH to add that option. If there's enough demand for it maybe.
