Why the value is set at 1 kpa for unaged and why the temperature varies with 6 equal parts 46,52,58...

From what I understand the 1 kPa is just a standard. The intervals of 6°C are to categorize them in performance classes. It's just to put bitumens who have a max temperature for example of 61, 62.5 and 59.5°C all in the 58 category and to do so for each interval of 6.

Sir what is the phase angle

Phase angle shows how viscous or elastic is our bitumen 0 deg. Meaning bitumen is purely elastic and 90 deg. Meaning it's purely viscous in nature
