For the above chart please show us how to have more than two years comparison for e.g Sales from 2010 to 2019 with + and -ve conditional formatting. There is a video by Excel Campus Jon "Column chart that displays percentage change in excel Part-1,2,3. But he has not explained it the way you explain.
