Hi, I learn so much from all your video. Thank you. On the standard cost, what if the item card is using weighted average. Will it also take the weighted average to compute the actual cost of production?

Hi, “Expected” capacity cost is 1,000 as set in the work center but “standard” capacity cost is 0. Why is it 0? In this example, there will always be “capacity variance” of 480. How do we set standard capacity cost so there will be no variance?
