How come Hua Xiong didn't appear here? Why did he only appear at Lü Bu's Hulao Gate Musou?

How come guan yu had 2 different types of weapons in this game but in dw6 empires he had his original one can anyone tell me.

@@Rockman9xza no cuz in this game he had 3 types of weapons the first weapon was strength type which is called black dragon and the other weapon is skill type called white dragon and his main weapon was standard type called blue dragon do you get what I mean.
