Dinner I had on break night: NY Strip steak, baked macaroni and cheese, cut green beans with ice cold lemonade. They do call that signature kanji; Shohei would sign some cards that way. Lastly - with regards to Detroit style pizza, it is more about the shape/pan it’s cooked in.They also put a lot of cheese along the bottom of the pan to add that cheese “crisp” along the crust. They also tend to have “racing stripes” of sauce on the top.
