No sir Wheel Horse Power is the power output measured at the wheels. This is the information a dyno run provides and usually reads around 15% less than the power measured at the engine (bhp) - this is because power is lost in the driveline (including clutch and transmission).

Between ShartKart and Leroy the Savage. I love ShartKart much more. It's not all about power (but it helps), it's about the overall build and experience that we have with the car that makes it so great. It's almost as if we, as the viewers, are there in person working on the vehicle. Shartkart, came in as the red-headed step child that people didn't really want to hang out with, but then people realized how much it really likes to fucking party and has proven that it can take a beating and hang with the rest. Glad to see some love given to SK. I built a 220 hp, 220 torque turbo miata back in 2006. Still drive the hell out of it. With a 6-speed manual, bilstein and ground control suspension and LSD, it's such a great driver's car, I've never been able to get rid of it. Been thinking about going Exocet with it.

As per the whole ECUand the alternator issue, Megasquirt can deal with all that, or just run 94-97 like you did. Danger Dan, take this thing to Adam's you'll feel right at home

coolant reroute. works really well for keeping bp temps on back 2 cylinders cool. the back cylinders do not get enough coolant flow without rerouting it to flow like the engine was designed for in the fwd cars

Editing kinda cut off some of the pre explaination. the fuel/Ignition tables had a load axis going to only 100kpa/0psi. So when we get into positive boost pressures we need to add load axis to map that was only made for NA, that way I can command a VE percent is needed at that certain load cell pass the 100kpa a NA engine can make at WOT.

The tune for an NA engine only accounts for vacuum pressure up to 0psi. With the supercharger in, the ecu wouldn't know what to do with positive boost pressure. So he has to create a new map to overlay onto the NA map so that he can tune above 0psi

I'd highly recommend gutting the spring and the plunger from the thermostat and install it back in the housing. Without a little bit of restriction most water pumps will flow too fast and not allow enough time for the thermal transfer to be efficient and make hot spots in the head.

Little tip for the cutting table. Say you want to cut out a rectangle that says “hoonigan” or something in it. Have the torch start it’s cutting process at the letters instead of the rectangle. If it starts with the rectangle it may drop just slightly and cause the torch to not cut properly
