Just installed the PV on my 2012 Heritage Softail Classic. This video as super helpful for setting it up and getting me going. Rode 200 miles after that; amazed at what this thing tracks and can display. Next step, wide band O2 sensors.

I appreciate the video.. it was a big help. Your power vision is not 'married' to your bike permanently by the way. You an pay $199.99 to dyno jet or fuel moto and get it unlocked. Just an fyi.

Actually it is married to it. That $199 you are talking about purchases an additional license. If I am wrong please correct me by showing me a link to what you have read. Thank you

I'm running one of these on my 2012 HD CVO soft tail convertible. The factory tune for the 2012 didn't work so I loaded the 2013 version and it worked like a charm. Backfiring immediately gone and running cooler. Much more efficient combustion and ride.

Interesting - my 2012 FLHX has been misfiring lately and the EITMS is enabled, every time I disable it goes back to enabled even HD cannot make it stick - when idling she runs on one Cylinder to avoid overheating even though it is not hot - I will try your method. Thanks

First I learned that when you roll the throttle forward it engages EIMTS - I must have done that at some point unknowingly - then the dealer told me that when they try to disengage EIMTS via the throttle, it somehow jumps back to engaged - it seems it wants to keep stalling at the red light and sometimes it I don't give it gas it does stall. I have reset the idle trim and the fuel trim through power vision tried to increase idle via Power vision which seems to be a work around. Something changed at some point, while the bike runs great when riding, it is only when idling things are a bit weird.

@@mondproducts yes , throttle forward and backward for a few seconds engages and disengages it 😉. My RK still goes into EIMS by itself..on its mind... I'll see if this Is something that can be cleared via the Power Vision. Thanks for your reply! Cheers from Italy!☺️

It would be more honest to say that all Harleys’04 and later, allow the customer to read codes on the odometer face by way of what is known as the WOW test. Easy enough to find on here…

Got a 15 low rider with woods 555 cam, V&H V02 air filter and Greg Lutzuka pipe. After bikes warms up and I've been riding for a while, bike gets the hiccups at red lights and goes to stall. If I try to restart bikenafter being warm will not stay running unless I slightly hold the throttle for a couple of seconds. This just happened today, everything os closed right now, was hoping someone has my set up and can give advice or shoot me a tune. Not sure what to do appreciate it thank you

I'm new to motorcycles. I own 2016 road glide ultra. I bought the bike used from a Harley dealer. It had slip on screaming eagle pipes. Is a tuner something I need , also if the prior owner tuned my bike with a different brand tuner than yours can that be an issue . Last , if my bike is completely stock would using a tuner be necessary. Thank you for any assistance. Pete

The data port connector on your bike doesn’t plug into anything, it is an open connector port to plug in a diagnostic computer like at your dealer or to plug the PowerVision into it. Simply remove the PowerVision cable and install the weathertight cap if your diagnostic connector has one and install the side cover back on the bike. Store your PowerVision away and go for a ride 👍

Yes. It’s “married to THAT bike” if you want to use it on another bike, you have to “divorce” it. Only 1 tune on a bike per license for all tuners
