I've bought a dyson airwrap complete long recently. It is fantastic and I am very satisfied with this product, although it's not the cheapest styling device 😉. Just bought one in January…if I know it will be redesigned, I probably wait until the new one comes out and compare. Dyson should advise the new one earlier or give upgrade to the customers who bought it recently. It’s a high quality product, the service quality should match. It’s a expensive and long life product, nobody wants to see recently bought becomes old model in couple months.

Isn't that the same for all other companies with products. As if they are going to say what they are going to launch! They want customers to still buy the products that they have manufactured and are available for sale. It is very frustrating, but this happens all the time. I spent a lot on an expensive LG washing machine, it wasn't on the market long, next thing there's a newer more featured model launched.

If you compare the old one and new one, there is significent improvement and convinient feature, instead of change the barrels for left and right side, there is a swith on the barrels, so you do not need to take off the hot barrel and put another one for the other side of the hair. If you use it, you will know. I just received it in January, and now Dyson is advertising the new feature one. I think I still can return it. I

Hii. I am a leftie and all I can say is that I haven't had any issues with uding the dyson in my right hand for my right side, since all the wrapping work is basically done by the device itself. All you have to do is hold it. Also the attachements lock in very well, you don't have to worry about them falling.

I’ve called like 10 times and explained my situation over and over and the only answer I get is you guys will get back to me in 24-48 hours. I don't think it works for every hair type tbh... my 'curls' straighten up just after few minutes even after using the hairspray; one side of my head of nearly dry when I haven't even finished styling the other side. I have no idea how ppl in tutoruals manage to get those hair styles done with it.

Because of this fact, we are unable to have the machine converted to meet the specific country electrical code and laws. In order to use the machine in a different country a power converter would be needed. We do not recommend using a converter, as the machine will not perform as expected and may cause damage. For best results, start with freshly washed hair. All three brushes can be used on wet hair, but the barrels work best on damp. We recommend using the Coanda smoothing dryer to dry wet hair to damp before styling with the barrels. Alternatively, you can spray your hair down with some water. The product does work from dry, but the style may not last as long. For longer lasting style, we recommend the use of styling products to support and maintain the style

Does the Coanda smoothing dryer work if your using it on someone else, like when your trying to straighten the hair? Or is this device meant specifically for use on the person operating it? I’m thinking if our shading this for my girlfriend because she is going to be a hairstylist, but if She can’t use that attachment and all it’s features on other people I don’t know if these device would be worth purchasing

Hi Keiffer. Thanks for dropping us a message. We can advise that the Coanda smoothing dryer can be used when doing your own hair or creating the perfect look for your client. With the new Dyson Airwrap™ multi-styler Dyson has re engineered its attachment, the new flyaway attachment which is a Multi-functional attachment to dry, smooth and hide flyaways and the barrels. Instead of switch the barrels between left and right to create that perfect curl the new barrels designed has the ability to rotate in both directions without having to remove the barrel from the main unit of the machine.

Ive been wanting to buy the long blue version for so long, Will that come back in stock? I miss the pre styler attachment in this new one, or could that be bought seperately for this new version? The increased price just doesn't match for me if there is no set for long Hair and no pre styler attachment included.

The next generation Dyson Airwrap™ multi-styler, as a whole, remains the same. The attachments have been re-engineered for increased control while styling. The new attachments will be compatible with the older wands.

You may be thinking about the Dyson Corrale™ that has 3 set temperatures you can use. The Dyson Airwrap™ has 2 heat settings and a cold shot. Intelligent heat control measures air temperature over 40 times a second to prevent extreme heat temperature which could damage your hair. This is the same for both Dyson Airwrap™ releases.

@@Milovely also an deiner Stelle hätte ich mir nur die 2-3 "neue" Aufsätze gekauft. Aber ehrlich gesagt sehe ich keinen Massiven Unterschied zwischen den neuen und den alten, kannst deshalb auch den alten beibehalten.

I'm not convinced this 'multi' styler will straighten curly hair. Dyson, why are you showing women straightening their already straight hair? This makes me mistrust the Dyson line. My hair has wavy to medium curls. I tried the Dyson Supersonic and it works amazing to straighten my hair! But sometimes I want to define my unruly curls. To spend hundreds of dollars EACH ($600 supersonic to straighten and $800 airwrap to redefine curles) is OUTRAGEOUS !Both use airflow so the airwrap should do both. I will continue to search for YT videos that illustrate this. It would be worth the investment to buy one machine if it does both, assuming it lasts many years.
