@@nicolasloera6036 luckily found the exact replacement for 20 bucks and all is well. Surprised my dog didn’t get electrocuted. It was still plugged in when he chewed it lol

@@nicolasloera6036 sorry for the late reply. Just noticed. Hopefully you found the right one by now? I ended up comparing the writing codes on the cord and the end connections to one, and that matched the replacement part number. From parts warehouse website

@@Woopnik Yes, I bought the part. I also have the filters for the ball. I forget if I mentioned it is a Big ball animal. I have scoured KZbin for such a video and I can't find one. I am told this part is rarely broken...which has been my lot in life. If it is rare, it is my lot. Veilen Dank!!!

the video useless towards the end. even on full the camera cff the bottom and his hand gets in the way so you can't see what he is doing. Someone should take another video.
