Thanks for this. I'm Dyspraxic. I'm 29, was diagnosed at about 7. Never really had it easy, especially so as an adult, trying to go about my daily life. I'll give this a go.

Thank you so much for doing this vid. My daughter deals intensely with anxiety, sometimes we really do not know how to share with her. Wonderful video Phoebe and Kerry!

I'm glad you liked it, we do these videos so we can have an open discussion with the audience as well as each other. I do believe it's important to talk about anxiety as I felt so much better when I realized I had unconditional support from my parents. Wish her the best and I'm sure you'll great. My blog has some strategies about managing anxiety that could help her :) www.phoebepace.wordpress.com

I have dyspraxia, its a battle everyday to control my anxiety. It's upsetting that so many people judge me or just simply dont understand, its extremely tiring to explain often to people what it is or how it affects me. Prayers to anyone dealing with it

Alannah Lawson Wow Alannah, that is probably the best compliment we could have had. Have you seen Phoebe's blog phoebepace.wordpress.com/ as that might help too. Just noticed I'm postong as my husband / Phoebe's dad for some reason.

Most people will never ever know what it's like to have a neurological disorder. And they can quit judging us.

Dyspraxia is very tough to live with very tough. It has got worse for me and I have hid myself away. It does have its advantages though I am quite creative and am very patient, it makes you overthink which is truelly scary I don't sleep at night. What I will say though is doctors are really really poor with people with learning difficulties and I hope that improves

I pray that God heals all my neurological disorders now and gives me better ability to handle life events and circumstances. Amen.

omg so like my ten year old daughter. she is so anxious outside the home. I take her to and from school and she is sick feeling, faint and so upset. she won't even sleep in her own bed. she has an IEP but really she needs more help.

As a learning disability specialist said to me that makes it even harder. And it does, to alot of people I'm just shy. But my head goes round 100 mph
