I’d probably get flak for this, but my reasoning would be that if people desire to choose destruction, I would not aid it. I would at the least provide defensive weapons like shields but not the kind you wage war with- and even then only when a nation is teetering on collapse. Who am I to say humanity doesn’t have the right to choose obliteration? The one who won’t add to the chaos. The one who won’t tempt or provoke man’s demons. The one who is anti suicide, including indirectly by national slaughter. Humanities self destruction fetish will be fulfilled with or without weapons from the vault, I would not be so native as to empt fate by metaphorically adding nukes to a forest fire. Sometimes some rights are not worth it and are best not practiced.

dystopian wars and wild west exodus was not originally owned by the same company, does warcradle own both now? do they now exist in the same universe as the wild west zombies art is confusing the heck out of me. Also when a player at my gaming club was telling me about the artic faction in dystopian wars I instantly decided that all of them are the penguins from madagaskar and no amount of propaganda can convince me otherwise.

They do. They bought similar IPs/games to bring them together into the "Dystopian Age" universe. There are more plans around Lost World Exodus (using some of the same factions as Dystopian wars and some from WWX). They are also considering a 15mm tank based wargame set in this universe.
