I have not posted anything for a long time as my life has been a little challenging for the last few years. My sister was murdered and that was and still is very hard on me. Dzogchen has been most important for me in dealing with such a horrible experience. Also moving across Canada because of Covid job loss and still being not quite settled yet, have too move again... has been challenging. I hope this spring to be settled in one location and give more readings, I have my own Dharma poems I would like to share as well as my personal spiritual experiences. Thank you everyone for listening and commenting. Peace and Love. Terence Laverdure.

This is my favourite dharma peom. Currently I practice under the guidance of Geshe Yong Dong at Sherab Chamma Ling. Thank you all for listening to these profound words taught to us by Dilgo Khyentse. Currently we are moving to NB from Calgary to start a permaculture farm and healing retreat center on 50 acres. We will start another channel to share this experience. I will post another reading soon. Take care and stay well all. Sorry I never posted many readings, I was dealing with working out a personal loss.

Many people are curious about what Dzogchen is.. What is the meditation? Im going to reveal it here but know that it is powerfull and you should not do it unless you genuinely want to go beyond all concepts. Try this.. Ask in your mind gently or say it quietly to your self "Am I aware?"(Bear in mind this is Rupert Spiras method but this will lead to rigpa basically same thing as advaita and abiding in the "self" just a different concept behind practice. Notice the mind moves a bit after you ask yourself this but then it will fall silent.. You have to notice when it falls silent... Once you notice it falls silent turn your attention to that empty space it should be effortless it is the space between thoughts.. So ask yourself that question let the mind flux then once it falls silent turn your attention to that empty space in it.. No tension.. No strain again it should be effortless resting. Thoughts may rise a bit but just keep resting in this empty awareness.. Your attention will begin to sink.. Initially your attention will want to move twards an object usually thought or body.. Its not use to attending to something without form. But just keep resting in this empty awareness.. Its simply awareness being aware of itself. You will rapidly afterawhile attain prajna (wisdom of emptiness) but then you must transcend even this.. And reach the 2nd wisdom of yeshe. Just this is rigpa sink and sink and youll see the truth. Again this practice is potent and only for those who want to go beyond ego. It may be unpleaseant and the insights may be scary for others. Good luck.

excellent comment. yeshe apparently means ~ the same as jnana of advaita vedanta, for anyone else who was wondering.
