Is the problem interrmittant or comes up every time when you turn the copier on? You'll need to remove the fuser from the copier and inspect it to see if it is binding up making it difficult for the fuser drive motor to turn it. Lubricate any gears thet are gummed up and not turning well. Pay special attention to the swing plate assy. Also check for frozen bearings,flat spots on lower fuser roller, or anything else that can restrict fuser movement. If that doesn't fix it - you may need a new motor - but that is almost never the case.
