E-40 - "Function" (Instrumental) [Reprod. by Beast]

I've heard some banger remakes of the beat for E-40's "Function" off his "The Block Brochure: Welcome to the Soil 2" album. Figured I'd try it myself. I separated stems with UVR, detected the actual tempo (100 BPM) and did a whole lot of chopping and blending in Acid Pro to get things to line up right, and lined up everything best I could to the original track that Trend created. The instrumental section at the end of the song itself was a life saver. This 2012-era west coast beat is simple, yet effective.
