back then when there was only heavy tank for tier 10, the tier 9 E50 was absolutely amazing. In tier 10 game you can play support and snipe, in tier 9 game you do the same. but in good matchmaking tier 8 or 7 games you are just a super mobile "mini" heavy, and you are not really mini at all, you are huge. you are like a slightly under armored E75 but with 4x the mobility, and you can go on the heavy flank. also you can ram shit to death, like you should have done in the panther 2. and the gun handling...its just amazing. the fact that you have armor and the turret front is not easy to hit, you feel very solid when aiming, which takes just a moment. now this is a sniper. on the other hand the grille15, the gun feels so bad because 90% chance you are going to get spotted after you fire, and you have less camo than a JT and you have tier 3 level of armor. which makes stopping and aiming feels like 3 decades. i dont know why they wont buff the grille15, it is so bad and the efficiency and win rate are just bad.

Not only the turret is weak. The gun is only good if you shoot gold, and of course you can ram the living daylight out of enemies (if circumstances are right, every once in a while). Other than that, this tank has little to offer in my view. There are plenty better tier 9 mediums (and also some worse), but if I have to pick one that's a bit "special", I'd go for the magic (HESH, HESH, HESH, if you know what I mean) Centurion 7/1. Any average and above player can pen at least 3 to 5 HESH rounds per game. Forget about 3 to 5 rams per game with your E50, sorry to say. By the way, in a few days, this August, the British Centurion line is Top-of-the-Tree, HALLELUJAH!

Actually the cheeks and mantlet are autobounces so not at all, you just can't play hulldown for real and it's always RNG to an extent whether you are getting penned or not.

​@porphyrogenita4030 This is true, it isn't a terrible turret but it's definitely no russian turret, but to be fair it has to have some weakness if you're gonna have really strong hull armor on a tank that can go 60kph and weigh twice as much than most other mediums while having a good gun

🍌Wish WG wasn't trying to push active players out of the game so hard. They may not intend it, but the people that decide things, like the MM algorithm or even RNG really need to get their heads out of their asses and wake up to the declining server population. It isn't the player, it's the company forgetting they serve the community and the community rewards that service with our time and money. Oh well. I'm looking at War Thunder more and more these days. Can't have back to back decent matches without severe handicaps. Oh well.
