Hi sir in deajeon immigration office last month my friend change e7-4 to f2-99 only in 2 years because his annual income exceed 50 million won . But when i call immigration office they said it is possible only after 5 year of getting e7-4 What is your opinion in this case

Need 5 years from E-7-4 visa. If you have time, study a master course in Korea while working in Korea.

Sir if i have spend 4 year and 10 month in E 9 visa then i got 1 year extension because of Crona so total i spend more then 5 year in korea so Can i apply F-2-99 visa is it possible?
