That's the difference. She was not a host initially. She is a comedian and entertainer. But Vijay tv has the habit of changing everyone's work. Anchor became singers. Comedians become hosts. Singers become cooks/ comedian. After this only, the anchor and judges respect went away. During dd and bhawana time, the contestants wouldn't dare to speak in the middle or make fun of anchors while they talk. They will only make jokes when they are called in front.
