Some people are still stuck in the mindset that a BEV needs to fill up and be treated the same way as a petrol or diesel car. Imagine though that you had an unlimited supply petrol bowser 24/7/365 at your house to fill whenever you wanted where the fuel was 1/2 the cost of the petrol pump - how often would you really visit a petrol station? This is close to the reality of owning an electric car.

I have had 42 different petrol and diesel cars since 1978 from high end Audis BMWs and Mercs, to Muscle Cars and Italian Sports cars, Manuals, Autos, Tiptronics, I have my first electric car - I can't see myself ever owning an ICE car again in my lifetime, I would much rather be driving my BEV than my modified manual Alfa QV for example, I much prefer the silence and instant torque, I'm not turned on by exhaust notes and vibration anymore.

@@TB-up4xi Im turned on just by starting the engine in my Bmw and feeling the vibration and sound. I tried bev but its just boring to me. Totally soul-less. Zero feelings. The sound and feeling of the engine in a car is 80% of the experience of a car, that IS feelings which is the main reason people choose Bmw in the first place. I had the same experience as you first when i bought the tesla i haif but i found out it was a really shitty car and i just missed everything with a combustion car really. No point in being fast if nobody can hear you and also what BMw’s excell at is drifting, cant do that the same way with an electric car.

@@TB-up4xi electrification is the killing of BMW as we have known it to be. Passionate, sporty, loud and mean. All that is gone with electrification. Its just really sad.

They aren't complicated, but they do have toxic non-recyclable batteries and lithium mining required for them to function wastes tons of water.

Tricks how to make you get more miles lol That's a joke To many friends had major issues to charge it up to many to list , when a normal car never ever had issues
