the third track (Dream Machine) is mine - I've been out of town and totally missed this upload (sorry). Thank you so much for taking time to listen and say encouraging words like "amazing" and seeing your face scrunch up in approve to the cool parts was great. Knowing the bits that hit is just as important as knowing the parts that need work. I'd done a bit of what you say about claps and other percussion but, of course, you're right and it needs to be done better throughout the whole track. Also, you're definitely not the first to point out the lack of energy and focus, as well as reducing the run time. I will take your words onboard and go back and tighten it up. 🙏 Thank you

This is becoming a full time job for you. Have you considered offering a review service so that we can actually discuss our tracks with you and dig a little deeper into what your advice means? Your review of my TDP Illumination track was incredibly helpful but did raise a whole list of questions for me.

42:26 that's a brilliant point right there, switching to Kick and bass only would mean asserting the low end to be good and strong on it's own

Maybe you should do videos where we send you the stems of some of the tracks you reviewed and then do short version of how you would arrange it or mix it or remove/ mute elements of it. Will be cool and fun to watch :)

I really liked parts of Save My Soul by Iqona but can't find it on SoundCloud. I would like to check out other work. Could someone provide a link?

Flow of the first track quite good, I think the producer was going for a darker style bass that's why it's so low. I think making the low end should be done over a few days time with fresh ears every time until it's ready to be bounced. I don't think the producer bounced the bass into audio on the track.

Do you only review PsyTrance or can you review a Futurepop/Psytrance (more futurepop) blend as well?

Hello E-clip, i love your work man, keep up. I love producing Full on Morning, can you please bring a review of some full on morning track? i would love to know, what you have to say.

People are submiting reviews, and I review all they send!
btw Ajja understands what makes people dance as he is a bassplayer by nature himself... its dat bass :D ... he said in an interview... as long as the bass and kick is there and it sounds great... it doesn't matter really what is else there. HIs advice about other aspects of stuff is also gold. Can only recommend his interviews. btw gute besserung as we say in german Marko, get well soon brother!

IMO, skip some parts and you can review more tracks in 1 hour, you spend too much time on 1 track... just my 2 cents :)
@jezzakanezza11 ай бұрын
If it was your track being reviewed you'd probably prefer no skipping
@nofood111 ай бұрын
@@jezzakanezza it doesn't take 10+ minutes to criticize the kick + bass, leads, etc... 100s of other youtubers are doing this already, this is a 52 minute video and only 3 tracks reviewed, could review at least 8, we'll learn more this way and the video will be more interesting. I just got 1 track mastered and ready for release and the engineer replied to me with 1 sentence on what I should do to the mix to make better and that was all I needed to know.
