Hi Kg277 . They certainly can!! weberrescue has had Battery Rescue Tools on the market for a number of years, mainly with a rescue tool and then a separate battery with a shoulder strap, connected by lead. This technology has developed so that we are now able to use a much smaller 28v Lithium Ion battery on the tool while still developing the power of standard hydraulic rescue tools.

My Spare battery 28 V 5,0 Ah is can't recharge. how i fix that problem

Hi Candra WS. Apologies for the late reply. Hopefully by now you have been able to sort your battery issue. If not we would recommend you go back to the place of purchase and they maybe able to put the battery on analyser to find the problem.
