hey!! my birthday is coming up..its this month so like I'm actually planning to buy a elf halo glow liquid filter ,the exact same thing used in the video,so i'm not a huge fan of foundations so can I go for the elf halo one?? Instead of a foundation?..also the elf concealer..i have a medium skin tone...I'm just a beginner to makeup too..i have a foundation with me rn..so I'm thinking to mix the halo glow and the foundation together.pls reply!! Hey. Happy birthday in advance 🎉. Elf halo glow is like sheer coverage foundation + highlighter. Which means light coverage with glow. You can definitely go for this if that’s the vibe. I haven’t tried their concealer yet. The one I can confidently recommend is Milani conceal + perfect. It’s creamy, easily blends without leaving any patches. You should try this for sure.

Will it look like full face highlighter metallic finish and particles will visible??

If you go for another coat of foundation to build up coverage, it might end up looking metallic, if the shade match isn’t correct for your skin tone. Particles are not visible at all. Very fine. I will recommend to use a single coat as it gives a sheer glow with skin-like finish😊

Okay. Always look for Neutral or cool toned foundation if you want to avoid yellowish base. For instance if you look at the elf halo glow liquid filter shade range, Medium 4 is neutral and any shade before it like 3.5, 3, 2 or 1 they all are cool undertones. You can try the one that’s a closest match for your skin color and undertone. Hope this helps.
