Hi,you can use the same method but will need more news paper and the sleeves you can design as per your wish,either sleeveless or with sleeve.

Take a pillow cover fold it ,mark the neck and shoulder length...and then cut the sleeve holes and neck part.unfold it and cut the front part to make it like jacket.
