The problem with switch sports basketball is that defenders jump so fast you can be 10 milliseconds away from shooting and they could be still on the ground and they'll still block your shot if they jump😂

For shooting 3 pointers, just do the same shot, same movement that you do when shooting from really close. You don’t need to do a bigger movement or more speed. Just a little tip!

I'm still at 10:11 but just to make it clear how (I believe) "Chance to Steal" works: If the defending player spams steal they get the "Chance to Steal" pop-up. When that is on and the defending player attempts to steal, no matter whether you're dribbling or not, the ball is getting smacked away. That's why you see some people spamming steal, so they get the pop-up and a guaranteed steal

I’m pretty sure it doesn’t activate when the defender spams steals, but rather activates when the offensive player doesn’t advance forward or plays to passively, which encourages offensive players to not sit and wait out the timer, The clip at around 9:43 pretty much confirms this

I don't think that's true, in one of the latest videos you can see the prompt popping up in the paint, which pretty much goes against what you just said. In the clip you mentioned, the defender doesn't spam steals, but he does swipe twice and then the prompt comes up. Which leads me to believe that after two steals attempts, if the offensive player doesn't cut to the basket, the defender gets the pop-up.

While you for sure have a point, there are definitely instances where your theory doesn’t apply, at around 5:47 in the first ever wii basketball video, the defender attempts 2 steals before the offensive player ever goes into the paint, and the pop up doesn’t show itself the entire play, and I’m sure there are other examples of this. I also just genuinely believe that not even Nintendo would make such an illogical rule, as it would be so overly abused in higher ranks that we would’ve seen it everywhere during the 7 hour video.
