A renowned Hindustani singer, Smt.Bharathi Prathap, graced the stage at the Swaranubhuti program at the Rithwik Foundation for Perfroming Arts Centre in PUNE in December 2023. It was a musical extravaganza hosted and curated by the Rithwik Foundation for Performing Arts.

Artist bio: Bharathi Prathap, born and raised in Bengaluru, discovered her love for Carnatic classical music at seven, initiated by her parents. Influenced by her uncle, she later transitioned to Hindustani classical music, receiving guidance from Pt. Maruti Rao Inamdar and Pt. Rama Rao V. Naik of the Agra Gharana. Trained in Bhavageethe & Vachana gaayana by Sri H.K. Narayana, Bharathi left a career in electronics engineering at HMT to pursue her passion for music. Since 2000, she has been intensively trained by Vidushi Lalith J Rao, an eminent Agra-Atrauli Gharana exponent.
