Queens Blvd Exp means Queens Boulevard Express. The E train is a local train in Manhattan via 8th Ave at all times, and an express train in Queens via Queens Blvd except late nights and weekends. The 3rd line reads "via 53rd St" on Manhattan bound E trains. It could say anything describing the train route. Usually the neighborhood is included at a terminal station. For example, Forest Hills - 71st Ave, Far Rockaway - Mott Ave, Astoria - Ditmars Blvd, mostly where certain trains terminate.

Óscar Roman Rush hour E trains from 179 St skip 169 St, Sutphin Blvd, Briarwood, and 75 Av. Those going to 179 St tend to stop at all the local stops on the F line after Forest Hills because of the time.

Oscar Roman E trains do not go to Jamaica 179 st in rush hours they go either Court Square 23 st or Roosevelt Ave (Tip:Queens Plaza is Queensboro Plaza for 7) And Kew Gardens Union Turnpike E train should skip also F and When They Get To Roosevelt Ave Jackson Hights they turn Express

The E always go to 179 during the PM Rush hour and its 4 PM trains that end there to avoid capacity at Jamaica Center there are even 3 AM (E) trains that end at Kew Gardens-Union Turnpike all the trains ending at Jamaica-179th Street are taken out of service and relayed on the express tracks between 169th Street and Briarwood Kew Gardens trains also go out of service and either relay on the express tracks or go to the Jamaica yard

What does "Queens Blvd Exp" mean? Isn't it the 8 Av Exp? Is there a situation where there is no third line of square on the FIND map (In this case, "Queens Blvd Exp")? And what does it say on the third line for the rest of the lines? And in what situation would station names on the FIND maps include the neighborhood/area? For example, on the E line, the FIND would read "Briarwood-Van Wyck Blvd". On the F train, the FIND would read 179 St (omitting the "Jamaica-" part). Thanks! :)

Queens Blvd Exp means the (E) and (F) GO exprees when it reads Queens Blvd Lcl the (E) LATE NIGHTS ONLY, (M), (R), (F) BARELY go local. when i say barely i mean the F goes local not that much tho. also, 8 av Local means the (A) LATE NIGHTS ONLY, (C) and (E) go local. 8 av exp means the (A) goes express.
