Why 3 years at one station? That's ridiculous. Just because of this vacant seats will remain vacant for 3 years and seniority will be messed up in case of new hirings. Juniors will get the option to go there meanwhile serving lecturers will remain struck on side area colleges.

This is only applicable if you want to go to divisional or district headquarters college, but ye nai pata kay pori service mein 3 years periphery area mein guzarnay must hyn ya har dafa..

Sir last time mere merit main top per tha bt kisi or ko merit main bottom se le kar transfer kar dia 2 time complaints bhi ki help line per bt no action

Distance wala formula School Education department say utha kay yahan lagu kar dia gaya ha.. colleges kay liay old formula he theek tha, Out of district kay sal kay 2 marks our hard area ka sal ka 1 number.. ye distance calculation kon karay ga?

Sir please give us an authentic time about the opening of E Transfer. You said yesterday on Facebook page that the transfers are going to open from 28 August. Today is 28 August, but the transfer is still not opened.

Can we still apply in those commerce colleges that have been merged? And what would be our status then? Would we be a part of that Commerce stream where we had applied or an utter part of that college where the Commerce college would have been merged?

Single teacher transfer nai karwa sakay ga to 95% to eligible he na hwe transfer kay liay.. sirf compulsory subjects our bio chemistry physics walay eligible hon gay.. baqi poray Punjab mein khas kar Associate colleges mein single teacher he ha subject ka. yani kay sirf 5% logon kay liay policy banai gai ha..? our elective subjects kay jahan do teachers hyn wo bhi kisi aisi jaga nai ja saktay jahan us subject ka koi teacher nai,z kyn kay jis subject ka teacher he nai ho ga wo elective subject college offer he nai karay ga.. to STR workload hamesha us college ka zayada he hoga jahan already 2 teachers hyn

A.A Sir Hameed Sb, I am M Sadiq, Senior Instructor ESH BS-18 posted against the post of Principal BS-19 on OPS bases. My college is included in the list of 45 Colleges which are going to merge in any other General or Commerce College, so I will no more remain as Principal after finalisation of college merger case. Now the issue may be faced, as per mentioned in HED transfer policy that Principals are not eligible for transfer, by me that I cannot apply for transfer against a vacant post of my relevant subject but the others teachers are allowed to apply for transfer. Sir, according to my opinion it is unjustified that I am not allowed for getting transfer in any other college, as I will not be a Principal in near future, so it is my humble request that the 45 merging colleges Principals may be permitted or allowed to get the right of transfer at his desired college against his substantive post.
