E-Verify: Employer Responsibilities and Worker Rights

As a US citizen, I am fully aware that the Constitution, Federal, and State laws grant me the legal right to work in the United States without the need for additional employment eligibility verification, as I possess an unrestricted right to work. However, I have recently been subjected to E-Verify and Form I-9 requirements by my employer, despite my citizenship status. I firmly assert that these verification processes SHOULD not applicable to US citizens, and their imposition on individuals who are already protected by the law to work freely in the United States is a violation of our constitutional rights

My company got sued twice and lost twice due to randomly selecting applicants to e verify and also for not disclosing that they use e verify to applicants. This is very tricky
