I would suggest to build moze as he is a 4 star variant of topaz and save your tickets for future character

Topaz haver here. She’s good and has value in follow up teams, but damn is she easily replaceable. Moze can be a good F2P substitute.

you could if you have Feixiao, as Topaz is feixiaos best sub-dps, but HM7 has similar damage, and E2> Moze also works, my personal recommendation is no, but if you like her go for it
