Pela is better than sw for jing liu if pela is E4 because of ice res recduction

Normally she is, even before e4 but for 2nd half She needs that ice weakness implant against Yanqing if she was in 1st half then yea for sure 100%

why dawn every1 always put jingliu at second phase ? , yanq get less lots against ice opponent same as JL, and it make her dmg down bad , i could nuke 700k on first phase but could never over 400k second 1 even with 2 pig , also there re clearly no ice weakness

I recommend using the Quantum set on Jin Gliu, it also ignores 12% of the enemies' defense and does much better!
