I have RuanMei, but these days I'm thinking to pull BlackSwan to accompany Kafka for DoT team as backup team since playing Danhil hypercarry becomes harder when enemy has no imaginary weakness. I don't have Robin yet as RuanMei replacement, so I'm searching how F2P Firefly looks like, and it seems tedious task to finish off enemy even with all MoC buff support FF. How about pairing Firefly with Himeko or Hanya instead ?

I never tried playing her with himeko or hanya in MoC, i only could try her with himeko in PF so himeko can help a lot, for MoC o dont think its good for her, and hanya i dont even have mine at lvl 40 so i cant try to know if its good unfortnalty

Actually,i personally recommend you to pair Himeko or Asta... I don't have Ruan Mei but Asta is just a replacement. Firefly x Himeko team works in pure fiction very well and also works everywhere as well

After watching this, I think I should build Asta to team up with Firefly, Trailblazer(Harmony), and Gallagher(which I'm still building him). I rarely use Asta. Now, I'll use her. I gave up pulling for Ruan Mei after I lost her to Bronya. Which, at least I finally got Bronya.

What is the whole point in using Asta ? I get it that her Ult advances forward everyone, but how did she boost the break effect of Firefly ?

because firefly has a trace that above 1800 attack converts the attack into a break effect and Asta, in addition to speed, gives you attack (I hope you understand, my English is horrible haha)

it's just speed and attack buff, no break efficiency buffs.

Speed, attack and she helps with breaking faster too since firefly implants fire weakness

@Jzkd2045 Yeah, I don't know if Asta's toughness damage beats ruan mei's break efficiency buff. But I'm biased and I think that the speed buff and dancex3 spam with ult for whole team extra turn is better.

Does Planetary Rendezvous benefit Firefly or is it just better to run MoTP on HMC and DDD on Asta for speed buff + action advance?

I don't think that the buff from Rendezvous work on break dmg, so i recommend you to play MoTP in HMC and DDD on asta, the advance forward is really good for the entire team

140 spd is more than enough

154 spd to be exact for the breakpoint but it's not required. (You get spd from ruan mei)

I don't think dmg buffs apply to break/super break dmg

If u have ruan mei you can run firefly with 145 speed so gain a good breakpoint, without her 150 is good And the penacony for gallagher i don't know if it aplies to break dmg, the best set for him now is the new that firefly use too, but i know it's hard to have good pieces of this set now, so you can run penacony until u farm good relics for him

1st - 150 is enough to make firefly gets 4 turns in her ult state, however you can get 164,5 to make your team do 0 cycles (not recommended) 2nd - Penacony won't do anything to break damage and superbreak so you can just use others like talia or vonwacq

both units are fine but since asta, firefly and harmony trailblazer match, asta is way better still if you don't trust your break effect % its good to use pela both units have their own goods

For me: if enemy don't has ice weakness -> use asta, if enemy has ice weakness -> use pela But asta in general is a better choice for her i think.

I saw someone test all out if you dont have ruamei then i think this will help you ( if you f2p i really recommend tingyun her buff really effective ) Ff e0s1 that test this run Ruamei > robin > sparkle | bronya > tingyun > pela > yukong > sw > asta > hanya

Tingyun att buff isn't that high...... plus dmg buff isn't good for any break dps......as it doesn't increase super break dmg
