Nice! If I'm seeing this correctly, seems like JQ's ult immediately gets carried over at full stacks onto Argenti and that it's not dispelled on phase change. Man that was what I was hoping for but confirming it is really nice. It means that for chars like Ratio, I can save the ult for another atk to trigger the FUA. He also hits the breakpoint of 4 Acheron ults over 150 AV on both 0th cycles which is pretty insane.

You are absolutely correct! Note that the cross wave fua won't get his lc debuff tho. Still it's really nice to have 3 debuff immediately when you start wave 2 (assuming you rat tech instead of jq tech) Looking forward to your showcase next week!

6:17 imo the subtitles feel like a slap on Guinaifraud's face. Jiaoqiu E0S0 has less vuln than Guin E6S1 untill you realize that in a 0c effectively Guin is only getting 2 stacks of firekiss on each enemy in the best case scenario meaning in reality E6S1 Guin has only 39 Vuln instead of the supposed 54, but things get worse when you realize Guin will have 1 or 0 stacks of firekiss for Acheron's first ult making the vuln only 31% or even 10% in the case of no firekiss forcing you to delay your ult what could cause crimson knot overcap. Pull JQ and join the Robiner gang.

Depends heavily on your sparkle build. If it's a good sparkle (160 speed, no need eagle set) then sparkle one would perform slight better due to more turn (and sparkle eidolon does help) if sparkle build is not good then pela would perform better due to more ult.

Tbh after seeing many jiaoqiu showcase video, I'm getting more and more doubt to pull for him 😭 Cause i didn't plan to pull for e0s1, I'm planning to use sw event LC on him, and if i got spare jades I'm going to pull sparkle e2 (she got rerun on jq banner isn't she?) In the other side, i think i need robin/ruan mei (hoyo hates me, i didn't manage to get ruan mei on both of her banners lmao), and Yunli is making me more and more doubt to pull for jq 😔

Replace pela with jiaoqiu, it is 16% damage increase at E0S1. This does not account for additional acheron ult that you'll get from him within 0-1 cycles (normally you'll get 3 ult, with jq you can do 4 ult with widen the gaps even more)

Acheron can only get 1 stack per action and Jiaoqiu Ashen roast activated before Trend burn in the first attack so it didn't get another stack there.

I would take it as opportunity cost for acheron to run abundance sustain option. For ex. Huohuo - while acheron doesn't benefit from energy huohuo provide - her teammate still get full benefit from that. And it's the only sustain that can give atk% to acheron. Reason I run fx is because crit rate and to show you guys the anti-synergy between trend lc and jiaoqiu himself.

Curious as to why i dont see a lot of ppl build crit on jiaoqui? Pioneer fits perfectly on him and u can use izumo for planar, him having 240% atk from passive just by getting 140% EHR (which is easy, im accounting e0s1 here) and for e2 acheron team with a harmony that buffs the whole team he should theoretically do a good chunk of dmg, though i realize this is not a thing to 0c with.

The actual reason is, EHR mainstat and Crit main stat are on the same slot. Unless you're having god relics with every single piece perfectly rolled into Crit it will be painful. even if you roll that - spd would be quite miserable.

Jq + def shredder is better if we don't account for weakness break. For this MoC it is super fire heavy + choir boss, so gui has more value. But in general pela + jq is much better due to their debuff doesn't dilute each other out.

What’s your opinion on Robin vs Sparkle for JQ solo Nihility runs? I’ve seen calcs and vids mostly pointing to Robin being the new BiS support for Acheron surpassing Sparkle, but hearing your opinion would be informative.

In the end it heavily depends on your robin and sparkle build. In max performance robin does perform better, but don't forget that your 4th slot must be Gallagher or Huohuo with quid pro quo LC to give enough energy to robin for smooth run. Problem is - if you run Argenti / Yunli or any other high energy cost dps - huohuo should go there. If you run firefly team, unless there's new sustain for that team (Hey no leaks!) then gallagher should go there. Tl:Dr - Robin does perform better on max performance, but she comes with some requirement and not auto friendly. Sparkle easier to play, can auto, lower ceiling, 0 requirement.

In simulation, jq is 9% better than pela for rat at e0s0. However pela does out-damage jq in first wave where she can use her technique + rat tech, which after you apply everything it's a 5 debuff vs 4 debuff. This can make you lose a cycle in wave 1 MoC - resulting in same cycle clear or even worse. Tl:Dr : good for acheron, can play on other team but there's someone slightly better already on those slot.

Replacing either sw or pela with jiaoqiu both give damage upgrade to your E0S0 acheron team, gap can be range from little at 6% to almost 80% in performance depends on how many enemy are on the field, how many extra acheron ult do you get from jiaoqiu. He should help a lot in your acheron pure fiction performance tho.

Sig is optional here - note that any 5* harmony would fits better in this slot but if you plan to use him as a universal debuffer it's ok. Relic - 4 eagle vonwacq > 2spd+2anything support planar > dot set Dot set deal the most damage - but that damage is quite miserable - better go support build

His value actually goes up with e2 acheron. For ex the stress test team would secure a 0c if acheron was at e2. But to ask me if he'a worth the pull.. if you really love acheron yeah. But if you already have black swan fully built then maybe his lc on bs is a better investment.

Argenti is the best option. Ratio is ok if you don't build pela, otherwise it is situational betwen pela and jq.

I think it's the same, considering that E2 Acheron stacks slower but hits hard with one nihility unit so pulling for JQ is a big help to gain stack and debuffs. Pairing him with sparkle is the best tho.

@jose17981 I pulled Jiaoqiu. He is very valuable indeed, makes Acheron insanely good in pure fiction. I've never been this close to full 80k clear. Helps a lot in apocalyptic shadow, too. I recommend watching videos about his synergy with other units, I heard he is a good generalist too, but I haven't tested. I've decided to skip Sparkle, because DHIL is falling off unfortunately, and I wanna save for more future proof supports like Robin. If DHIL is still usable by Sparkle's next rerun, I'll consider pulling her, but I honestly would rather pull the next 5 star harmony.

It has the same application rate as his ult. So you'll land it most of the time. Usually you'll land it at 140 ehr+ unless you are extremely unlucky.

Yes if enemy has 2 attack per turn, or they doesn't attack at all (grail guy for example) you can free your trend and go other sustain for more damage.

This video has given me a better impression of Jiaoqiu, thank you. However I'm still not sure that he is worth pulling. I'm currently using the standard team of E0S1 Archeron, E0 Fu Xuan (Trend LC), E4 Pela (Resolution LC), E0 Silver Wolf (event LC). And sometimes it's a struggle, but it still clears everything for now. The selling point of Jiaoqiu to me seems to be that running solo Nihility in E0 Archeron teams is more viable. However, I only have Ruan Mei (who is stuck to my Firefly team) so it's not like I can run solo Nihility either. In the end, Jiaoqiu is a skip for me. Unless I get an early Sparkle somehow then maybe I'll consider again.

im also a e0s1 acheron with aventurine s1 and pela e6, sw e0, but they do struggles alot in Pure fiction 20k-26k also depends on the current buffs, in MOC certaintly they can clear everything no problem, but having Jiaoqui will speed up the cycles in MOC and Acheron will surely be better by a ton in pure fiction because of Jiaoqui = insane Acheron ult battery and an aoe vulnerability debuff.

Pela is better on other scenario. Guin's main purpose is toughness bar reduction because breaking enemies will grant more dmg amplification. But pela has higher dmg amplification than guinaifen and also better uptime.

well, the problem with jiaoqiu is that he’s not an upgrade from other nihility characters. acheron’s best aoe team still is dotcheron (kafka+bs), and her best single target team is pela+sw, and both of these times can already charge up acheron’s ult quickly. he is good, but he isn’t much of an upgrade

That comparison on different stacks is very helpful! Tbh he is too tailor-made for Acheron atp. He ain't even a good DoT unit despite being a fire nihility who can apply DoTs (unless E2, but that is too expensive).
