You’d lose a lot of dmg without RM because super break scales from break effect and how much toughness dmg you do which rm helps scale with as well as her res-pen

Pela is a decent replacement but Ruan Mei will be the staple for any Break teams to come in the future, I would say that you can still run Super Break teams without her, but I wouldn't recommend it at that point.

Attack if you have ruan mei, wind if you don't have ruan mei. tho the difference between the two is still so close you can kinda just pick whatever has the better substats.

Yes, I don't see any problem. Unless the enemy always buffs himself and you want to remove the buff quickly then Er Rope will be very helpful
