Yeah. It’s probably because boothill deals instances of break dmg when attacking weakness broken enemies. He’s basically hitting them as if he’s breaking them over and over again. Firefly doesn’t have this, because of that after the initial break her dmg is significantly lower, it’s only offset with HMC providing super break . But because of this she needs HMC to be effective. Boothill on the other hand can run without HMC, freeing up a slot for a Bronya to boost his DMG. Boothill also just annihilates the toughness bar, better than Firefly.

Usually not even optimal. The template is Boothill + Bronya + RM. Last slot is optional, you can run a sustain like gallagher if you want. Or if you don't play sustain for 0c in MoC you can run Pela/harmony mc/robin/whatever.

@@Hreimdal action advance is insanely powerful for any break based character, Bronya literally doesn't need anything else to be significantly better than HMC for Boothill It would be different if Boothill relied on super break like firefly but he doesn't, he generally wants to come close to one-shotting on break and he can trigger his own break if he needs to finish off any targets Bronya's still really good for Firefly even, it's just that she's too tied to RM and HMC currently

Looks like boothills only problem in this mode is ads. If he can one shot an ad and get 2 stacks, its literally joever for the boss.

Ain't too hard. Targeting ads is actually better for Boothill because of how his stacks work. Once he gets his stacks, he can go to town.

Boothill's kit is all about breaking as fast as possible. Without Ruan Mei, he would break less faster. Boothill stacks is multiplicative + Ruan Mei break efficiency is a god combo.

Someone like luka is very synergistic with boothill because of the physical implant and Luka could also help him break faster and proc the bleeds.
