Does +ATK planar set really better on Seele than +20% dmg of skill/basic ?

No but the difference between the 2 is very small so if you have better substats on sss it will be better than rutilant

@@sarettodn5708 Yeah, just choose which one has better substats/crit value. I personally still don't have a good planar quantum rutilant. If you still haven't farmed both, farm rutilant instead

I prefer a dmg build with atleast 6k+ hp over a pure tank/support build. That's just my opinion, everyone will have a different opinion

Which one do you think better for fu xuan between broken keel (2hp) and fleet of angeles (hp+err)?

I prefer to use Broken Keel. If I use her with DoT Kafka I prefer to use Ageless (hp/err rope is up to you)

I wanted to use "Mono Quantum" in the title haha. Asta spd buff is actually better here or cleanser to dispels slow debuff. I cant use Lynx bcause I want to use her on Blade Team
