Does sparkle buff go way when blade uses his E to enhance his attacks? Does it count as an extra turn?

It counts as a follow up so it takes the buff

It counts as an additional turn in the same sequence as his original turn, so nothing runs out. Like Seele for example.

Sparkle's buff last until next of her target's turn. That's why FUA character still get benefit from her buff. Jingyuan, Dr ratio, topaz, you name it.
