Surprisingly not too bad. We were happy for Seawind to get everything 100% before getting ours built, but it did feel surreal though when our build started and No Regrets was being sold.

Seawind were launching out the front of their factory, there's a good probability that you will launch there like previous boats were. Much simpler, but rules must be followed!

About 10 months from commencement of build to launch, and they're gearing up production with improvements

What's the final cost

It really depends upon which country you live. Today's base boat price is $820k USD. You pay a deposit, then several progress payments along the build which are all affected by the exchange rate. For us, when we signed it was AUD to USD 0.78, but it dropped as low as 0.62 in 2022. It recovered somewhat but the poorer exchange rate greatly increased our cost in Australian dollars.
