Did you test with a nihility debuffer instead of ruan mei/gallagher?

SW is single target. Not enough damage against summons. Or I miss Jade's turns without quantum weakness -> not enough toughness damage. Didn't test Pela. I don't believe in her, because she can't use DDD or apply quantum weakness. Probably, with tight optimization SW can work. Or Pela with Eagle, but in that case we can use SW with Eagle (my E2 SW). I showed a casual run, without speed optimization. Because that's how I, as a normal player, play: build your team once and never touch it again.
