You are in fact taking total fees before even filing a visa petition. You have been very good and honest fairly professional journalist but this payment schedule is not a favorable to the applicants. You should take fees in different instalments 50% before filing and 50% after visa approval plus you initial brief assessment before taking up the case. Thank you and Best of luck.

Plz stay away from consultants because he didn't mention his "discounted" fee and secondly making LLC and bank account formation is too easy you can do by your own. And outside of USA this visa is very hard totally based on interview you can save lot money my applying yourself. So think again

Bhia dont listen him he just started this e2 visa bullshot American embassy never issue e2 visa for Pakistani I tried 2 time for my brother American embassy rejected both time my brother e2 and we spend around 300k and we hired big lawyer Michael ashoori from Califonia but still didn't approve visa he got big fees from us and he said visa should be approved but my brother visa rejected 2 time .
