yes. her kit consolidates the main issue with erudition units which is they suck against single target content. Plus the second side of floor 12 is weak to ice.

Herta has highest multiplier in the game, at max stack her e.skill have 952% on single target, compare that to 700% of Feixiao. So yes she is the highest nuke on the game right now. Atleast on damage per shot
