E25: Migration #2 Wealthy migrants from around the world pay the Cartel for US border access.

Jacumba, California is a hotbed of migrant action. I chatted with an unusually talkative CBP patrol agent who gave me the hidden location where the migrants were coming across the border on foot. I met a local woman who took me down a long set of dirt and gravel roads to where the wall ends and the Mexican Guardia Nacional is semi-permanently camped to facilitate the movement of the wealthy migrants from around the world who make up Migration #2. These are wealthy people from around the world who fly into northern Mexican cities (often first class) where they are picked up at the airport and taken by bus to within a few hundred yards of the border where they can walk across.
