It's not possible, unfortunately. They're playable, but not through typical conventions. Check the release out if you want to know how to play them.

the best way i watched this was on my new 3ds xl, though its a bit tricky get it playing on the browser for the 3ds since youtube doesn't support it any more the some what work around is by finding the video through google instead of searching on youtube
