E30: Ciudad Juarez, Breaching the Border Wall

Continuing the El Paso/Ciudad Juarez series, we head to Anapra and the road to the Santa Teresa border crossing NW of Juarez where a grate style fence on metal skids has been put up, but it's ridiculously easy to get through. Weak enforcement efforts by the Juarez Cartel (can it even be called a cartel anymore, and not a bunch of squabbling factions?) means that there is a several mile stretch of the border that the "got aways" are flinging themselves at and the Mexican Army, Guardia Nacional, and Chihuahua State Police are all furiously trying to arrest the breachers... CBP on the other side is arresting by the busload as well, but they just keep coming. Madness.
