+SuperAlicat1979 This video is 'Part 2' pal, look at Part 1 on the same channel. Looks to be a ratchet strap going through the centre of the bush with a perfectly sized wheel bearing sitting on top, onto the base of the jack, jacking on the subframe while keeping the ratchet strap tight. Haven't tried it myself but might have a crack before forking out for the tool.

Make the tool yourself it will cost ya like 30 bucks and some time, much better than this ratchet strap crap.

How did you get new one in? Use jack?
