@@bounceback3930 thanks for your reply I think Whenever we use rotate command in Syntax after "about" next in the command syntax is rotation " Axes" like Up or Down or East or West or North or South. Like Another command Syntax " Rot by 90 About U" In this command syntax after about here " U " indicate Up Axes or Up direction Don't take me wrong, I am just sharing my idea.
